Thailand, itsoft, 31 September 2000 -- i-DNS.net International has announced a partnership with Melbourne IT - the second biggest domain name registration company - to accept multi-language domain name registration via companies affiliated with NWW Internet Names Worldwide. Prior to this announcement, most domain names adopt Roman and English characters, posing a challenge to users, who cannot speak and write English. However, with widespread application of i-DNS technology, the difficulties in using Internet are now a thing of the past. i-DNS technology is developed using Unicode, which supports 55 languages - Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Hebrew, Russian, Tamil and Thai. It also supports multiple decryptions and works well with present domain name system (DNS). This technology can raise the level of Internet usage among users who do not use English, the number of which is approximately 68%.
