i-DNS.net International acts as a registry and processes domain name registration applications on a 'first come, first serve' basis. The registration of a domain name entitles the registrant to the use of the domain name registered only and does not confer any ownership over the domain name registered.

i-DNS.net International does not make, nor is it in any position to make, any determination as to the proprietary rights to a or any name. i-DNS.net International does not evaluate, nor is it in any position to evaluate, whether any registration or use may infringe upon the rights of any third party. It is the responsibility of the registrant to determine whether the registrant's domain name registration infringes or violates someone else's rights.

Accordingly, the mere fact of a domain name registration does not confer on the registrant any legal right or defence and does not confer immunity from objection to either the registration or use of the domain name.

1. the transfer of domain names from one registrant to another and
2. the transfer of domain names from one registrar to another.

1) Transfer of domain name to another Registrant
To transfer your domain name to another registrant, simply contact your registrar with:

1. your documents verifying your registration
2. the details of the new registrant's details.

Your registrar will then check and verify the documents.

The new registrant will need to agree to the domain name registration agreement and the dispute policy before the registrar collects any payment that may be due.

The transfer of domain names is allowed only after 60 days of registration or re-registration. All outstanding registration fees have to be paid beforehand and any paid registration fees are non-refundable.

Once this is done, the registrar will inform i-DNS.net, which will then perform the transfer and update its WHOIS database to show the new registrant information for the transferred domain name.

The registrar will be informed of the successful transfer via e-mail, following which it will inform both the previous and new registrants.

2) Transfer of domain name from one Registrar to another
To transfer your domain name to another registrar, simply contact the new registrar to inform them of your intent to transfer your domain name to them.

You will need to provide the new Registrar with the following information, necessary to effect the transfer:

1. Domain Name Details
   1. Native Domain Name
   2. ACE Domain Name (UTF or RACE)

2. Current Registrant Admin Contact
   1. Contact Name
   2. Organization
   3. Address (including country)
   4. Email Address
   5. Telephone number (including the country code and area code)
   6. Fax number (including the country code and area code)

You will also have to agree to the Domain Name Registration Agreement and pay the due registration fees (if any).

The new registrar will then send a request for a transfer of domain name to i-DNS.net.

The new registrar need to send only one email for each registrant request for change of registrant, regardless of the number of domain names requested by the registrant. All domain name details should be provided within the same email.

Upon receiving this request, i-DNS will forward an email to the current registrar. The current registrar has 5 calendar days to approve or reject the transfer request.

Rejection of transfer must be accompanied with a valid reason, e.g. registrant has not paid for domain name, domain name in dispute, etc.

i-DNS will transfer the domain name to the new registrar after receiving the confirmation of approval from the current registrar. Should there be no response from the current registrar after 5 calendar days, i-DNS.net will also take it as a confirmation of approval.

After the domain has been transferred to the new registrar, i-DNS.net will inform the new registrar via email. The new registrar will then inform the registrant.
